  4.     This program has been completely rewritten from scratch.  With the help of
  5. Phil Kleineschay the program was made shorter and more user friendly.  Now if
  6. you make a incorrect entry on a question you can return to it by pressing 99
  7. and the number of the question then reanswering it.  Also, a form feed
  8. character was added to the end of the printer copy.  I would appreciate any
  9. suggestions, my address can be found in the Readme.1st file.
